The location was amazing, yet we were delayed at check‑in because the room wasn’t ready. The pool was very murky, and the beds didn’t have a full set of sheets.

Nice hotel, nice staff. The woman who checked me in was friendly and offered a cookie that was delicious. I ate at the downstairs restaurant, had to ask for the menu, then ask who I could order with; no one was attentive. It was my husband's birthday and no one cared. I tried!
