I didn't stay at this hotel; I booked it for my friends who were visiting Italy for the first time. I liked only the location, but I’m unsure about the cleanliness. The welcome is crucial, and I didn’t feel, see, or hear any hospitality; there was no proper communication to give accurate directions on how to reach the property or how to use the services offered, nor was it guaranteed. The lack of teamwork among staff was evident. Creativity is missing, and there’s no opportunity for young people to grow in their roles, evaluate situations, and handle them professionally. This is my general assessment, but there are people behind this place who work hard and put their heart into making a guest smile.

Apparently there was an issue with rooms under renovation, but they kindly sent us to another hotel in the same chain, with an upgrade and breakfast included! The hotel is located very well, 10 minutes on foot from Roma Termini. The room is super clean and modern, though a bit small. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and considerate. Antonio’s night shift service was exquisite! He always helps with a bit of the language or makes an effort, which is highly valued. Breakfast is excellent with high‑quality products; it’s served until 10:30. Thank you and recommended. The room is a little small, but there’s nothing to complain about if you stay a few days.

La ubicación es perfecta, desde aquí puedes ir a cualquier sitio ya que está muy bien conectado, la atención del hotel saben español asi que estuvo genial. La TV no cogia señal, no nos importó ya que solo dormiamos en la habitación
