Wonderful room, breakfast, Spa and Gym. everything was absolutely top notch. Special thank you note to the staff on duty at Breakfast from 19th to 21st August (i.e. the young gentleman with glasses). charging for tap water in the restaurant, when we can get it for free in the room. When we expressed our (negative) feeling about that, they immediately cancelled the charge. so our stay was really perfect

The spot is spot-on, overlooking the lake and close to every ski lift; the facilities are solid, the hotel looks fresh and modern, and the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the stay, though there’s no air‑conditioning—just open the window or door, and it’s quiet enough.
