“Impecável.”
Everything was impeccable! Cleanliness, the attendants and the host were very attentive and polite. The shower was great, the bed was very good, cleanliness was unmatched, the condominium has a pool and a gym. All very good. I have nothing to complain about.
The sheets were terrible, the bathroom was dirty, the towels were horrible and stained with bleach, there was no toilet paper, and there was nothing to ask for—this isn’t part of the hotel. It’s an independent apartment. The bathroom sink was clogged and the windows were dirty.

The location and the building’s cleanliness stood out. The rooftop pool added extra charm. The reception staff were very efficient; as soon as I arrived, they started digitizing my documents. We arrived at 00:30 and were very well received. The free parking was great, especially since parking is expensive in that area.
