The room was new, clean, fully equipped, had an elevator, and was cheap; however, the bath towel had no scent and looked old, so it needed replacement.

The floor was still dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The front‑desk lady didn’t speak a word of English or French, but she used a phone translator to handle my requests. The area was noisy because construction was going on, and at night there were other sounds I couldn’t identify that were annoying. The room had no window, which was disconcerting and should be mentioned.
