They allow late check‑in without hassle, which was helpful. The sheet on the top bunk was dirty, probably missed during cleaning, and the room had an unpleasant smell, even the bed itself. We rented another villa, so a friend slept on our couch. When we mentioned the issue to reception, the manager blamed the water and suggested we open the faucets, but that didn’t make sense. We checked in late and found the reception already closed, so we had no idea the room would be ready. They didn’t address the sheet at all, just said thanks for the feedback. Our friend didn’t sleep well that night. Imagine arriving after a 9‑hour flight from Perth to a villa like this.

The facilities were clean and the bed comfortable; I’d stay again. The neighboring property blasted loud bass music for hours at night, which was unfortunate. Also, a glass on the parking spot floor hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to park on it.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The “deluxe cabin” was absolutely filthy: footprints on the ceiling and walls, dirty handprints on the walls, dirt marks and hair in the bathroom. The mop was broken and black because it hadn’t been washed before. Dirty socks were under the bed. The carpets were filthy and needed replacing. I found a public hair on the sheet when I first pulled it back. I was extremely disappointed for the price I paid.
