“Not worth the price, & not at all happy with the facilities.”
The property wasn’t what we expected for a few reasons. The bathroom sinks had a bad odor down in the drain that was disgusting, you could actually smell the same odor outside. Which made it not enjoyable to be in the bathroom area long to even get ready. The floors weren’t mopped correctly or at all, you could feel the dirtiness & even see the blackness if you walked bare footed by chance. The room that we had was on the 2nd floor we even let them know we needed a lower level- they said all rooms were full. We have medical conditions that is the reason for the request which wasn’t acknowledged by staff. Plus far away from the elevator which we never even came across. So we had to go up & down the stairs with all our luggage & just to leave the building. Not up to par for cleaning expectations & just not at all what we expected on our stay

The location is excellent, close to the freeway. The rooms are clean and check‑in was smooth. The only issue was the freeway traffic noise at night, which made it hard to sleep; better window insulation would help.
The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful; both encounters with her were positive and she’s a real asset to the business. The carpet in my room had visible stains that looked like blood, the bathroom floor still had someone else’s hair, and the tub drain was full of hair, which I had to clear so I wouldn’t be standing in backed‑up water.
