The location was great, but the shower didn’t work.

The lift was brand‑new and the staff were genuinely helpful, plus having a 24‑hour shop downstairs was handy. Unfortunately the room faced south and had no air‑conditioning, it still smelled of old smoke, the curtain was torn and there was lipstick on the wall. It was also pretty noisy at night and the window only opened a crack, so it got stuffy and warm.

The room didn’t have any air‑conditioning, the window lacked a mosquito net and there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which was disappointing.

Most of the place was fine – clean, decent amenities – but they completely forgot to stock shampoo, which was a let‑down.
