The staff were friendly and the place smelled clean, yet when we entered our room a cockroach was on the wall and the breakfast was not good.

The location, right off the interstate, was convenient and the room was nice; however, the front desk person seemed to be having a bad day—she was unfriendly at check‑in but appeared more pleasant the next morning, and honestly, if I wasn’t so tired I would have chosen a different hotel, because the front end is the first and last person guests see.

They wouldn’t allow me to park my pickup with a small trailer in the lot.

The rooms were spotless, and I had no complaints.

They let us bring our dogs, the breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfy. However, this Holiday Inn was my least favorite among the ones I've stayed at; the property feels a bit outdated, and the floors in the rooms and bathrooms need replacement. Our room's entry and bathroom had broken tiles that made us worry about cutting our feet and our dogs' paws. They kept a creamer in a kettle that they refilled but never cleaned, so it stayed spoiled— I noticed it first night and again the next morning. 😞
