My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Despite being exhausted from a long journey, the owner proceeded to engage in a lengthy conversation in our room, making it difficult for us to unwind. We booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in my parents' room was not functioning properly. The staff seemed unhelpful, claiming that they couldn't fix the issue and offering no alternative solution.
