Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, with one even showing us where the outside elevator was; I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the facility was and will stay there again when traveling.

The airport shuttle bus service was helpful, and the room had a coffee machine that made delicious coffee.

The location was good, but I had reserved a non‑smoking king room five months ago and prepaid, only to be given two queen beds because all the kings were sold out, which was very frustrating.

There is no microwave or small fridge, and the booking platform didn’t disclose this – I feel ripped off and will never book through them again; basically the company is a fraud.
