“When I travel I will first for Townplace hotel”
Location, staff, cleanliness. Well kept
I was initially impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and new facilities, but my stay was marred by a series of check-in issues. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to transfer my reservation information, which made it impossible for me to check in upon arrival. As a result, I had to spend extra time on the phone with their customer service team, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, particularly during Thanksgiving. Initially, we encountered bugs in our room, which was a huge turn-off. Although the hotel staff moved us to a different room, we still found bugs there, forcing us to leave without a refund for the inconvenience we experienced. The lack of resolution and compensation for our trouble on a holiday weekend was truly unacceptable.
