The hotel sits in a very good, fairly clean area with large, beautiful houses nearby, close to the road yet on a quiet street. Our balcony faced a neighboring house where we could hear parrots, which was pleasant. The hotel itself is new and, most importantly, clean, with fresh linens. The room was very spacious, featuring two large wardrobes, tea, glasses, a kettle, and one litre of water per person. All toiletries were present and the towel was clean. Reception staff were polite, helpful, and resolved our payment questions. We might return; perhaps we were just unlucky with the neighbors. The only downside was the high noise level. After our flight, exhausted and wanting to rest, a young Indian couple moved into the adjacent room at 1 a.m., speaking and listening to music very loudly. We had to get up and address the issue; several hours passed before they lowered their volume, but the noise was still audible. We had to involve reception, who eventually relocated them, allowing us a bit of sleep. The hotel does not accept card payments for stays. Breakfast was included in the rate but turned out not to be a buffet; we ordered from the menu, including alu parathas, which were very tasty.
