The place is fabulous in Trastevere’s heart—quiet despite the bustle below, the elevator is great so no lugging bags up endless stairs, staff are very communicative, and it’s clean and comfy. There are endless restaurants within walking distance. I only stayed one night, but it’s a perfect alternative to airport hotels for a quick Rome visit. Nothing to complain about—everything was great.

The Trastevere location was wonderful—stepping out the front door we immediately found great bars and restaurants all around. The apartment felt safe with multiple security doors even to enter the lobby, and the room was clean with décor exactly as pictured. Everything felt very safe and clean. The only downside was that other reviews mentioned a great breakfast, which was a deciding factor for me, but upon arrival I learned they no longer offer it, so I’m noting that for anyone who saw those reviews. One morning we woke up to no hot water, but it was fixed the same day. The air conditioning worked well throughout. We’ve been to hotels with better coffee and snack bars, so that wasn’t impressive, but there is a coffee machine if you need a quick brew.

The location was convenient and the property stayed very clean, yet we struggled to get in touch with the staff and the facility had no hot water on two separate occasions, forcing us to take cold showers.

I was happy to find the hotel close to everything, especially the abundance of restaurants nearby, but the mattress in the NED room could use a replacement.

The location was fantastic, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and there was nothing to complain about—it was perfect.
