Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were truly excellent—very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making you feel welcome immediately. The hotel itself is very modern, extremely clean, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable, so I felt very at ease. Honestly, there’s nothing negative to say; everything was perfect.

The room had a strong smell of smoke.

Nothing stands out. On the negative side, there's no luxury or distinction, the furniture is fairly old, and the staff are unprofessional. Breakfast is very basic and you have to pay extra for an omelette. The bathroom door doesn't close properly and stays open. When I asked for a clothes iron, a staff member demanded an additional fee.
