The service and the coastal view are great, but the location is uphill and exhausting for tall people.

The place is centrally located, but the owner is very despotic and can't explain the stay conditions.

The hotel is very damaged and ugly; everything is bad.

Nothing is horrible about the place? Actually it's the worst in Acapulco. The lady who cleans tells you from the start you must notify her and chase her for cleaning; if you don't, she does nothing. The iron rods are stuck when you sleep, the mattresses are very old and have bedbugs. The air conditioner is set to 29° and can't be lowered, only turns on at night. The bathroom is disgusting, smells awful.
