The customer service was wonderful because the staff were very attentive throughout my stay and always spoke honestly about the room’s comfort, such as the hot shower that was available and the detailed care taken with the bed, its linens, and overall to ensure I felt no cold, allergies, or flu when getting dressed, since the sheets, pillows, and blankets were incredibly clean.

The hotel is in a very good spot, near downtown and close to everything. The building is old, looks cheap, and offers only two room types: one with a window that brings full street noise or one without a window that feels claustrophobic.
