Leonardo is the nicest guy in the world, very helpful and kept the place spotless. Easy walk to escalators. Nice and cool even in summer, good tea and coffee at will. Good wifi. Laundromat 5 mins walk. Easy walk to Railway station. Happy with everything

Struttura nuova e accogliente con camere pulite e spaziose. Frutta, acqua e caffè a disposizione e buona colazione inclusa. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito ma non custodito nelle immediate vicinanze. Il centro di Spoleto è a circa 20/25 minuti a piedi con possibilità di prendere gli ascensori gratuiti
