The staff were friendly and communicated well, but the toilets were dirty with a lot of grime on the walls and the room had a bad odor; I hope they address this since the location is great.

Close to the mall, Fatima was good, but the lift is missing.

The room was clean and the toilet was good; the receptionist named Shanto kindly upgraded me to a deluxe queen room, and he was friendly—highly recommend this hotel.
