Very friendly, competent, and efficient staff. Beautiful atmosphere and excellent food. Gorgeous luxurious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows and nice little extras that make the difference. Chic vibe in a historic building but still relaxed and down to earth. You’re treated like the most special guest ever. A hidden gem! And great with pets. Nothing at all!!!

The room was bright and spacious, the people were nice, the food was tasty, the hotel itself was beautiful with a lovely garden, and the surroundings were lovely.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, dinners at both restaurants were outstanding, the hotel was very nice, and the area is a fascinating part of Germany—highly recommended.
