“Okay stay. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.”

The location was fine. From day one, the toiletries in our room were low or empty, and when housekeeping “refreshed” the room, the door was left ajar. We returned after a full day away to find the door open. I told the front desk and asked how long it had been left open. She couldn’t answer and didn’t seem concerned that our items were in the room. Not great customer service. We were about to extend our stay but decided to switch hotels.

“Liked the place, but probably won’t stay again mainly due to parking fee 🙁”

The rooms were spotless and the noise level was low, and the staff were friendly. The spot in the city was ideal, and breakfast was quite tasty. The parking fee was absurdly high, and the shower door near the handle was glued shut so you had to remove your clothes before turning on the water—funny but annoying.

“Muy abusivos, te cobran el parking diario y no te limpian las habitaciones a diario , FATAL !!!”

El desayuno estaba delicioso y variado, con algo diferente cada día, lo que lo hacía atractivo para los clientes. Lo que no me gustó fue el cobro de $15 USD diarios por estacionamiento, algo que ya no se ve en ningún hotel de esta cadena y que considero un abuso. Tampoco me agradó que no limpiaran las habitaciones diariamente; pago una tarifa por un cuarto limpio sin importar cuántas noches permanezca, y si mi estancia supera los 3 días, lo mínimo que exijo es un hotel limpio, lo cual veo muy ventajoso para ellos. NO los recomendaría en absoluto.

The location was fine, but they now impose a $15.00 parking fee. The room design is poor, with insufficient electrical outlets on both sides of the bed—there are none on one side—and the phone should be on the desk, not the nightstand. The shower’s water pressure was weak, and the worst part is that you have to step into the shower to turn it on, causing a blast of cold water that is extremely unpleasant.
