We love the hotel’s style, the staff’s attention, and every time we go to Santa Fe we enjoy staying there.

The hotel’s location is great, especially with the casino nearby which makes it even more convenient. However, I’ve noticed no improvements for a long time, and in the bathroom you can see black grooves between the ceramic tiles and the bathtub joints, likely mold that could be cleaned. The method they use for soap, shampoo, and lotion is very ordinary and uncomfortable, but after telling the maid it was resolved.

Everything is very clean, tidy, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant offers high-quality food, Marianela’s service was excellent, and breakfast is very good and complete. Highly recommended. The shopping area a few meters away is a lovely place to stroll, and the view of the river from the pool is spectacular.
