The room was fine and breakfast was good; the location is close to the ferry station and the lift is useful for a two‑storey three‑star hotel. The reception was almost absent, especially when I arrived at 9:30 pm after indicating my arrival time; nobody came for about 15 minutes and only after many calls did someone show up, which left me very upset and made the reception feel bad.

The room was comfortable, modern, and clean, and because the balcony faced the large lawn and garden, we hardly heard street noise; the breakfast area and breakfast itself were great.
