The place is really awful, the furniture is old, the mattress is uncomfortable and worn out, and the TV is ancient – the screen is outdated, there’s no YouTube, no smart features, just a few basic channels on an aerial cable. I booked a room with breakfast, but the reception told me there was no breakfast because the hotel was over‑booked, and they gave me a tiny plate with three olives, some cheese, an egg and bread, even though I paid for an open‑buffet breakfast. I called the hotel restaurant and asked for another plate with the same egg and olives; they sent it and then told me each guest only gets one plate, as if I were in prison. This is the last time I’ll ever book there, even if it were free.
