The staff were very polite and the hotel sits on a quiet street only a 3‑minute walk from the metro, making it a solid value for the price. However, the room turned out smaller than we expected, and even for one person it was hard to open a single suitcase. The bed made a lot of noise with the slightest movement, and there was not even one hanger in the bathroom for towels or items.

Hotellet ligger i et hyggeligt område og det lå tæt ved metroen. Værelset var utrolig lille. Der var aftryk efter fugtskader i loftet. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukke. Hotellet lå lige op af jernbanen, så der var en del larm fra togene der kørte forbi

The location is superb—just a short walk from Earls Court tube, dining spots, shops, and South Kensington museums. It’s tucked away on a lovely side street.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly. The room could have been cleaner and was a bit small.

Mohammed at the Reception was very professional and kind, and I highly recommend the hotel and all the staff. The location is great, just a short walk from the metro stop, in a very distinctive area with all-white houses. The small room offered free coffee and cappuccinos for breaks. The basement floors suffer a bit from lack of air and light, so if possible choose rooms on upper floors.
