Breakfast was great, the location perfect, and the staff, especially Nicole at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The gift‑shop employee didn’t greet anyone entering, seemed irritated by her job, tapped her phone on the glass as if we were holding her up, asked low‑volume product questions, and had a dismissive attitude when I asked her to speak louder. I also didn’t like that there was only one microwave for guests to use.

I was told I wouldn’t be charged $40, but I was. I also didn’t receive the Wi‑Fi information. Other than that, everything was fine.
