The staff was never rude whenever we left; they always greeted us. There's a slight musty smell, but I understand it because the area is very humid.

I didn't like it at all. The location was far from the center; the information was wrong, saying 0.5 km but it’s actually a 15‑minute walk. In public transport the bathroom had a plastic curtain, there was moisture, the first room had trash in the bathroom, and the mattress was soggy. They wouldn’t cancel the booking, and the woman who sold food—called the “camarista”—was very rude. There was no service attitude, and I had to turn on the boiler to get hot water because they turned it off and on.
