The hotel staff drove me crazy; my phone was dead and I couldn’t confirm my booking because I was looking for a charger!

We didn’t stay, we left. The place was not inviting at all.

The staff were friendly and the hotel sits in the Old City, which made our trip super convenient. Being close to the Christian church also made the location ideal for us.
