“Free private parking is fake news”
It’s a very basic “guest house,” basically a two‑bedroom apartment used as a guest house. It’s fine, clean, and has air conditioning. The free parking claim is false; if you try to use it they say you can’t and you have to “book it in advance” or whatever that means. I guess that’s fine in Italy, but in the US we’d call it a scam.
Everything was great, especially the quiet and the homemade pastries the host made. The bus stop was also convenient.
The facilities are very good.
“Camera tripla”
We stayed one night and liked how welcoming the place was and that we could drive our car inside. The room was spacious and the modern bathroom with a large shower was private and adjacent, even though it’s outside the room. A short drive gets you downtown. The breakfast featured homemade items. The only downside was the heat; we didn’t use the AC, but I would have preferred white cotton sheets instead of the 100 % polyester, colored ones we got.
“Passaggio a Modena”
The new building is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very functional. The room has all comforts and feels welcoming. The owners are super helpful and ready to meet our needs. Breakfast is excellent. Nothing to complain about.
