There were plenty of activities for children, yet the hotel looked worn out and there was chewing gum and snus around the room. After we requested extra cleaning, the snus under the bed remained even after the staff had cleaned. The shower door wouldn’t close properly and was left open; the shower itself had weak pressure and the spray didn’t reach all corners. Noise from the street was loud even with the windows shut, the room lacked a refrigerator, and the carpet on the floor was not vacuumed after each stay.

The kids’ facilities were good, but the rooms were very basic and cramped; we booked a family room that felt tiny, and it seemed a bit overpriced, especially since we stayed during the fall holiday. We also had to pay extra to enter the water park, which wasn’t included with the room.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was clean and nice, but the super land and water park were expensive and not included in the price.

“I will recommend it to others and if I am ever in Sarpsbo again, I will choose this hotel”

The breakfast service was the best, especially Mrs. Iwona who gave me gluten‑free pancakes and treated me to gluten‑free cinnamon rolls like no one else, and the entire sports complex at the hotel is a very good option, but I don’t know what your cleaning schedule is like because the trash had not been taken out of the room for several days.

It’s always great to visit this hotel; the staff are friendly when help is needed, the lounges are generous and spacious, the kids have plenty of games, the facilities are used generously, and the food is excellent. We come every fall and look forward to these holidays.
