The Standard King Room is fully wheelchair‑accessible throughout the unit. It features a private bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, free toiletries, toilet paper, a wardrobe, a clothes rack and fresh linens, while the sleeping area includes a king‑size bed for two guests, air‑conditioning, sound‑proof walls and a wake‑up service/alarm clock. Entertainment and work amenities comprise a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and streaming service, a desk, a socket beside the bed and a microwave.

“Overall not bad for the location”
The interior of the hotel was clean, but the exterior wasn’t. The noise from other guests was loud, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault.
“Never again!”
I was able to check in early and get a parking space. Bed were comfortable. The fact that there is only 3 parking spaces is crazy and you have to pay. That should be included in the stay. Plus the parking area is filled with so much garbage, broken a.c. When we arrived to the room there was no toilet paper and when my husband reported it, they took forever to bring it. I had to go downstairs to the front desk AGAIN. The bathroom doorknob was broken. Hair on the washcloth. Now for the worst part. We were not told how to turn on the shower. Apparently its something new. But no one thought it was necessary to inform us. So one of was tried to wash up but the bathtub was not draining and filled up with water. Next day on our way to check out, I told Neri what happened and she asked me if I wasn't explained. I said no. I was really disappointed because it was not cheap to stay here. The area is not the greatest. Will not stay here again. Only reason I chose this place was due to closeness of event I was attending

The room was clean, which is the only good thing about this place. It’s too expensive for the location, the area feels disorganized and unsafe. The service is terrible; we didn’t sleep the first night because a guest had music on and no one warned him. I sent a private message and got no reply. The next day, after leaving the elevator, all I heard were moans. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it, not even as a stopover. Pick something a bit pricier and better quality instead.
