The location was great—Northbridge was lively and a short walk to the city—but the room was very dirty and that wasn’t fixed; the air‑conditioner was broken and never repaired, and the iron was broken and never replaced.

The spot is spot‑on – right in the middle of everything – but the room itself was a disappointment. It was filthy, smelled damp, and the lights and switches were half‑broken. For what I paid, I expected a lot more.

The hotel sits in a perfect area, which was convenient, yet there was no Wi‑Fi and they didn’t serve breakfast at all. Those missing basics really hurt the overall experience.

The bed was huge and super comfy, but the room had no window, was pitch dark, and a damp smell from the shower made it feel moldy. I had to keep the AC on all night, which only amplified the odor, and there was nowhere to park nearby.

The location was convenient, but I got a message complaining I hadn’t checked out before 10 am even though I left at 5 am to catch a flight. That mix‑up was frustrating.
