I stayed in a spot that was simply unbeatable, and the luggage drop‑off was a lifesaver; the apartment itself was spotless, though it wasn’t clear during booking that it wasn’t a daily rate, and the mattress was supremely comfy. The kitchen corner felt under‑equipped, there was no gear to help me navigate London, and in the bathroom the hot water only came from the shower.

The location was decent, but the staff were unhelpful and brushed off any concerns I raised, so I wouldn’t recommend or return.

The place had a great spot and a kitchen stocked with all the appliances I needed, the room was generous in size, and some of the staff were friendly. However, the room wasn’t ready until an hour after the 3 pm check‑in time, the bathroom had a sewage smell, and there was no daily cleaning or towel replacement.
