The address listed on booking is wrong and doesn’t match Google Maps or the actual location. There are three different addresses. We spent an hour going back and forth and got stuck in a ditch at one of the fake addresses. I messaged the owner on WhatsApp, she gave us another address and told us to contact the manager. She handles everything via WhatsApp but isn’t on site and doesn’t bother fixing problems. When we finally arrived, they were slow to open the door and the manager was out of it because he was very sleepy. A disgrace. No staff, everything is dirty and decaying. Avoid falling into the trap and the ditch.

“Agradable dentro del Hotel”

The staff were very helpful. However, the paths leading to the hotel were uneven before arrival, making it hard to get there, and there was no lighting.

The place is animal friendly; their dogs were friendly with people but not with my dog. The administrator needs to be very aware of this issue.
