Who knows what I would of liked as when I got to your hotel you had no record of my booking despite me receiving emails saying you were looking forward to welcoming me to your hotel!! I paid in full back in May 2025 and to date have not received a refund!!. When I was told you had no record of my booking I asked for this in writing and was refused. The 2 gentlemen behind the desk said they would get into trouble but all I wanted was confirmation in order that I could get a refund or my holiday insurance but they still refused
Scary Property. One staff raped a lady.shouts all around and in one of our towels lizard popped up. Staff was like, this is normal for a room of 65 usd/night. Was with my family, a 4 yo kid and preg wife. No support in luggage. Sockets not working. Unclean bedsheets. Cockroaches all around. Claim breakfast online and shamelessly deny during check-in Booked for two nights, barely spent a night without sleeping at night.did not spent another night.went back to Le Meridien from where We came to spend some time in smaller property
Ok location. Mould in the fridge, mould all in the bathroom Room was very very dirty. Hair all over the floor. Told reception the room was dirty and they just looked at me blankly. Room looks absolutely nothing like the photos, walls were so dirty, everything was old

while booking breakfast is complementary was written but upon arrival got to know that there is no breakfast included and there is no kitchen present in the property. facilities provided on the site were not fullfilled such as breakfast and bedsheets and blankets were also dirty
