The Twin Room with Sofa Bed accommodates up to three guests with two twin beds, a sofa bed and an optional crib. The private bathroom is equipped with a bath, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels, linen and free toiletries. Hardwood or parquet flooring, heating, a bedside socket, desk, TV with satellite channels, telephone, safety‑deposit box and laptop safe complete the room’s amenities.
The distance from the center of Vitoria is a downside.
I don’t think it qualifies as a 5‑star hotel; it used to be tranquil and silent, with good service. The main hallway carpet isn’t clean at first glance, and the bathroom looks a bit neglected.
