The staff was courteous, but the room and the hotel overall were unclean: it didn’t look clean, didn’t smell clean, and was very uncomfortable.

Springs popped out of the beds, the phone didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the ice machine was covered in black mold so I had to buy ice each day, the room was filthy, the halls were cluttered with supposed remodel stuff, the smell was horrendous, I was told at check‑in that the deposit would be returned at check‑out but they said 10 days later, I have so many pics and videos, and frozen pastries were on a dirty bar in a storage room for breakfast—ALL falsely advertised for sure!

Getting to the hotel was easy and it was convenient for where we were meeting people; the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but there was no place to hang anything up.
