I had sky‑high hopes when I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday. We were greeted warmly in the morning, and the front‑desk clerk took our details, promised our room would be ready for us at 9pm, and assured the luggage we left would be placed in the room. When we returned at 9pm, the treatment we received was disgraceful: we were left waiting over 20 minutes with no explanation beyond “no room available.” The wrong luggage was brought, and the staff member’s English was far below an acceptable level. With no other option, we had to leave and find alternative accommodation in London at 10pm on a Saturday night. Since then, my complaint emails have been ignored. Don’t book here.
