“Pleasant stay”
I loved the river view, the staff’s friendliness, and the location. I would have preferred light‑blocking curtains; the morning sun was too bright. I didn’t like paying for parking at the garage. The staff should double‑check details during check‑ins: I paid for breakfast for my family and myself for two days but was billed on the first day after breakfast. The issue was fixed, but the attention after I pointed it out was unsatisfactory. Also, put the Wi‑Fi details on the room card to avoid guests having to call or go down to get them.
