The rooms were spotless and everyone on the staff delivered excellent customer service. I have nothing negative to mention.

Monique at the front desk was amazing, and the maintenance guy was great too. Felicia at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment; she is rude and the team she manages (minus Mo) reflects that. I kept encountering problems—TV not working, hot water not working, refrigerator not working, a roach in the room—and each issue met hostility and attitude from the front desk. One gentleman was absolutely helpless and literally said, “this isn’t a problem you should bring down right now. Try again tomorrow.” A short Hispanic lady was also rude and needs an attitude adjustment. The front‑desk staff made this stay absolutely horrible. I’ve never seen such an unhappy staff; it makes sense if Felicia is their manager. The only good thing about this place is the price. Remember you get what you pay for; it’s cheap for a reason.

The rates were really affordable. The elevator and the rest of the building carried a strong foul odor.

Zero. The floor was sticky, worse than a Motel 6. No shampoo, cabinets chipped, smelled like cat pee. Pipes had burst and they were relocating other guests when we checked in. It is the grossest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We left at 3:30 am just to get out of there.
