The location was good and the hotel was decent. In the room, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed before check‑in, it was very dirty and full of other people’s hair. The room also wasn’t air‑conditioned before arrival. Three of us stayed, but there were only two sets of dishes in the room. The hallway floor on the floor was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed for several days. The room’s luxury suite had a ironing board, but when we asked where the iron was, the reception replied that “an iron is not provided,” so why have a board? Yet the room description on Booking listed an iron. Overall, the room was already worn out and a cosmetic renovation would be good.

The receptionist was a very unfriendly girl who demanded I send my ID on WhatsApp; checking the data against the original or an electronic document would have sufficed. I’ve used this account for a long time, but I’m leaving this single review after a few months had passed since the visit; today I checked Booking and saw a notification from the parking, so I’m writing a negative review.
