I'm still waiting for a refund after being told there was no heat in my room. The staff did promise to reimburse me, but so far, nothing has shown up in my account. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'm getting frustrated.

When I tried to bring it up, they got defensive and even called the police on me. Needless to say, I didn't get to stay and ended up sleeping in my car.
