I got a great deal and the staff were amazing, making the room very comfortable, but the walls are extremely thin and I wish there were heaters.

The hotel is close to civic and lower Queen st, so walking there is easy, and there were no issues.

La posizione centralissima, but the room was very basic, with no place to hang clothes, the power outlets were far from the bed and uncomfortable, the bathrooms were only cleaned at 10/11 am so I always found them dirty (even after 10/11), the kitchen was terribly dirty with cockroaches everywhere, and on our floor there was a flooding problem with one room; the manager tried to fix it himself but the next night there was a huge puddle of water in the middle of the hallway.

The rates were reasonable and the location was great, but the walls in the solo rooms were like paper so I could hear everything next door, and the shower on my floor was turned off, so I had to take the elevator to other floors and wait for a free one, which was inconvenient.
