I was charged £9.50 for each of two breakfasts and didn’t receive the £1 change from my £10 bill; it felt odd but I’ll overlook it.

I expected breakfast to be included for the price I paid, yet I ended up paying a premium for a room that, according to your own website, should have been at the front of the property; instead I was given a back room overlooking a brick wall, with an uncomfortable bed, a dirty room, and a TV that didn’t work.

Lovely place, the host was so kind and helpful. The location is great, close to the beach, bus stop, and train station. Will return again!
