The place was spotless. The reception was lacking.

The place was fairly clean and the price was reasonable. However, the location is terrible and there was no upfront disclosure about electricity costs charged to the client. The lady at reception had terrible customer service and clearly needs urgent training. The couches were not comfortable, no hot water or iron was available on the checkout day, and the reception lady didn't care, insisting we check out. We left without bathing, wearing the clothes we had the night before.

The place was spotless, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were helpful, yet the electricity recharges were charged to the guest without prior notice.

The comfort was nice, and the staff were attentive and caring ❤️❤️, so I recommend it, but the location was far away and it was very difficult for me to find the tango place and other nearby spots.
