Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Victor. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was marred by a series of disappointing experiences. While the hotel's proximity to Leblon beach was a highlight, the room itself was a major letdown, with a hard bed and numerous amenities missing.
