I was disappointed because the website showed a very different setup from what the property actually offered. They promised an airport transfer that never materialised; our calls went unanswered until someone else stepped in to help us reach the hotel. When we arrived, they recognised us, but the situation worsened as we were charged more than we had booked, and they insisted on cash payment even though we had none on hand. We had to change dollars at the nearest petrol station to cover the cost.

The welcome was excellent right from the start, the shuttle was punctual, the staff smiled warmly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't have a great experience at this hotel. The restaurant service was slow, with a long wait of an hour and a half after ordering food. The TV in my room didn't work, and I had issues with the shuttle service. I was charged 80,000 Aria for the airport shuttle, but I later found out that the hotel had only given the driver 50,000 Aria, despite the shuttle being advertised as free on the booking site.

The pool and overall atmosphere of the hotel were indeed very beautiful, which was a pleasant surprise. However, my experience was soured by a series of issues with the hotel's payment policies. When I booked using my credit card, I was suddenly informed that there were problems with the bank, which wasn't my problem. The hotel then asked me to sign a new contract for cash payment, which I refused.
