The location was good. It wasn’t obvious that the bathroom and kitchen were shared.

Nothing positive at all. Everything was bad.

The place is in a great spot, close to the water bus and not far from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and cafés around. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room and it was very noisy.

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, with clear instructions from the staff before I arrived. My room was small but tidy and air‑conditioned. The only drawback was the long, dark corridor at the entrance that was saturated with smells from nearby restaurants, though that seems typical of Venetian architecture.
