The location is good, the pools and the beach are nice. Since I arrived, the bathroom in my room had a water leak; they only put a towel to contain it, and the next day they didn’t fix it, nor did they clean it when they said they could. They offered me a different room that had a different view of the beach and I didn’t like it at all. The next day they fixed the leak, but left the towel that had been there from the start in the dirty shower.

The apartment is top‑class and has excellent amenities. We had an issue with the bathroom because of a constant water leak in the toilet, which caused the area to flood and was quite annoying and uncomfortable after a tiring day at the beach, pool, or excursion. If they fix the bathroom problem, the stay would be flawless.

This was by far the worst vacation experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and the room was dirty. Worse, we found cockroaches in our room. There was also a strong sewage smell from the shower area and bathroom that lingered throughout our stay, making the room very unpleasant. Basic supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels were not replenished unless you order housekeeping and pay an additional $40. Noise was a constant problem. Almost every night, guests sang, partyed, and played loud music until 2–3 AM. Despite multiple disturbances, hotel management did nothing to address the situation. The beach experience was equally disappointing. The security guard repeatedly forced guests to stay in extremely shallow water and would not allow people to swim normally, which made it impossible to enjoy the beach. Overall, the property was dirty and far from the relaxing vacation experience we expected. I regret booking this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
