Water leaked onto the floor inside the room. The staff assigned that room and casually asked me to stay there. Worst place.

The room and toilet were clean. The rooms lack ventilation because the hotel is in a basement.

The staff were great, the hotel sits in a central spot, and the beds were comfortable, yet the rooms had a cigarette smell.

The hotel’s location was fine, but the underground setting meant no signal and each guest had to provide government IDs.
